PICTURES OF VARIOUS WORKS DONE BY DEPARTMENT

This structure was built near village chotti Bari Nagal where water table was depleting at very fast rate , water was drawn from a nearby dam through concrete underground pipeline and was recharged into ground ,After this project water table has shown remarkable improvement as is evident from water discharge capacity of pumpsets

Excellent use of rain water , Rainwater collected on the roof top flows into concrete tank constructed in backyard through pipes. this water is used for both domestic household and for livestock purposes

Drip irrigation is most useful for irrigation of horticultural crops

The Micro Irrigation System, which includes Drip Irrigation, Micro Sprinkler Irrigation and other emitting devices which discharges irrigation water at a controlled rate and is applied directly to the root zone of the plants. It increases the productivity by 30 to 100% with 50 to 70% saving of water in various crops
